See the first picture of Darren Criss in ‘Hedwig and the Angry Inch’

The first picture of Darren Cross as Hedwig from Broadway musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch has been revealed online.
The former Glee star will take on the iconic title role for a limited 12-week run that begins later this month on April 29.
Criss will be following in the steps of the likes of Neil Patrick Harris and Girls star Andrew Rannells, who have both tried their hand at the role since the show debuted in April 2014.
The show, a rock musical about a fictional band fronted by a trans singer from Germany, recently won four awards at last year’s Tonys, including Best Revival of a Musical and a Best Actor award for Neil Patrick Harris.
