Sam Smith confirms romance with ‘Like I Can’ video star

Sam Smith has confirmed that he is romantically involved with one of the stars of his new music video.
The singer appears alongside a number of male co-stars in his Like I Can video, which sees him walking through New York City – watch the video here.
Speaking about the new romance with The Sun, Smith said: “It’s very early days. I’m talking very, very, very early days.
“But he’s really sweet… he was one of 20 extras. It’s a surreal thing to be talking about because I haven’t even confirmed with him that we’re officially seeing each other.”
Earlier this month, Smith unveiled a cover of festive classic Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas – watch him perform the song here.
The singer also leads this year’s Grammy nominations, receiving six nods in total, including Album of the Year for his debut LP In The Lonely Hour – read more here.
