Rylan Clark-Neal admits he’s ‘desperate’ to have kids with new husband Dan

Rylan Clark-Neal has admitted he’s keen to start a family with new husband Dan after tying the knot last month (November).
The Celebrity Big Brother host, who first hooked up with his new hubby shortly after Dan’s appearance on the civilian series of the show in 2013, told OK! that he “desperately” wants to have kids with the former policeman, who already has a 16-year-old son from a previous relationship.
“I’d love to have children of my own and I’m sure when the time’s right, we will,” Rylan said.
“Just because we’re a gay couple doesn’t mean we can’t have kids and doesn’t mean I wouldn’t make a great dad.”
The 27-year-old added: “Dan thought it would feel very different between us after the wedding but everything’s the same – except I have enjoyed saying ‘husband’ to Dan and we’ve got some Selfridges vouchers.”
Recounting the pair’s star-studded wedding ceremony last month – where guests included the likes of Eamonn Holmes, Katie Price and even Steps’ Claire Richards as a bridesmaid – Rylan told The Evening Standard that the ceremony’s theme paid homage to the show that brought the couple together.
“We did actually have a Big Brother theme because obviously we met on the show,” he said. “So all the tables were named after different things from Big Brother.
“I’ve got Big Brother to thank for getting married, because if it wasn’t for them, I would never have met Dan.”
