‘RuPaul’s Drag Race’ season 11: Ranking the queens on first impressions

How wrong will we be? There's only one week to go until we find out.

By Will Stroude

The queens have been revealed, the starry line-up of guest judges have been confirmed, and a week out from the premiere of RuPaul’s Drag Race season 11, we’re officially ready to start the party.

The successor to season 10 winner Aquaria will face possibly the stiffest competition yet as a record 15 queens enter the workroom on VH1 next Friday (28 February), including last year’s meme queen and week one eliminee Vanessa ‘Vanjie’ Matteo.

With contestants aged from 21 to 40 and with members of the legendary Houses of Davenport, Montrese, Edwards and O’Hara set to compete, we’re already predicting plenty of drama in the search for America’s Next Drag Superstar.

Of course, we’d usually recommend never judging a book by its cover, but now that we’ve had a chance to fully digest each queen’s promo look, promo video and introductory interview with Olympian Adam Rippon and Aquaria, we’re gonna stick our head above the parapet and rank the season 11 ladies based on first impressions alone.

How wrong will our predictions prove to be? There’s just seven days to go until we find out…
