We can't wait to see how this turns out.

RuPaul’s Drag Race is adding another entry into its rapidly expanding empire with a new celebrity spin-off series.

Set to premiere in 2020, RuPaul’s Celebrity Drag Race will see some of the show’s most iconic queens re-enter the workroom to give famous faces a drag makeover as they compete for a special celebrity crown.

Each episode will see three celebs battle it out for prize money to donate to a charity of their choice after being initiated into the world of drag by an All Stars-worthy line-up of queens.

Drag Race legends returning for the celebrity series are Alyssa Edwards, Asia O’Hara, Bob The Drag Queen, Kim Chi, Monét X Change, Monique Heart, Nina West, Trinity The Tuck, Trixie Mattel, and Vanessa ‘Vanjie’ Matteo.

RuPaul said: “Doing drag does not change who you are, it reveals who you are.

“I can’t wait for the world to see what happens when our celebrity contestants get all up in drag!”

With All Stars 5 and season 12 of Drag Race also set to air over the coming months, 2020 looks set to be the most Drag Race-filled year.

Meanwhile, RuPaul’s Drag Race UK is set to continue this Thursday at 8pm on BBC Three with the eagerly-anticipated Snatch Game episode.
