Rent’s ‘Take Me or Leave Me’ gets hunky man-on-man overhaul
This week at the MMC Theatre’s MISCAST Benefit, a couple of broadway boys treated viewers to a steamy man-on-man rendition of ‘Take Me or Leave Me’, from classic musical Rent.
Aaron Tveit, who recently played Danny Zuko in Grease: Live, and award-winning Gavin Creel, known for his roles in productions of Hair and Thoroughly Modern Millie, turned the heat up in the perfectly pitched, tight-trouser-sitch performance.
