Listen: One Direction drop surprise new single ‘Drag Me Down’

While Zayn Malik was busy inking a solo record deal, his former bandmates have been busy preparing to drop a surprise new single.
One Direction’s new single Drag Me Down received its first airplay on radio first thing this morning (July 31), and is already available to stream and download now on Spotify and iTunes.
The Maroon 5-esque number is 1D’s first release since Malik quit the band back in March to make “real music”. Drag Me Down is the first single to be lifted from the group’s upcoming fifth studio album, out later this year, and their 15th single overall. Give it a listen below:
