ITV has commissioned 100 new episodes of daytime series Judge Rinder.

The show – which features British barrister Robert Rinder dealing with small claims – will return for two more series in 2015.

Judge Rinder launched on ITV earlier this year, and regularly attracted over one million viewers in its 2pm timeslot.

Rinder said: “I’m thrilled that the show is returning for yet another two series and I can’t wait to bring justice to more people and work on even more challenging and entertaining cases.”

ITV’s Director of Daytime, Helen Warner, said that she is “delighted” to have Judge Rinder returning to screens next year.

“Rob has a unique appeal to viewers of all ages and the show is brilliantly produced by Tom McLennan and his team,” she added.
