Drag Race’s Symone surprises Lizzo at her birthday party in Las Vegas and it’s a moment

Symone is seen surprising Lizzo at the singer’s 33rd birthday celebrations in Las Vegas this week, in a video circulating on social media.
Fresh from her victory on RuPaul’s Drag Race last weekend, Symone is seeing strutting towards the Grammy-winner – to absolutely piercing screams – in an opulent corridor in Sin City.
Lizzo – known for hits like ‘Good As Hell’ and ‘Juice’ – turned 33 on 27 April.

While both Symone and Lizzo are yet to reference the meeting on social media, Symone is seen wearing the same cream-coloured outfit from the video as in her latest Instagram post.
Meanwhile, on Lizzo’s Insta, the star has been posting a series of birthday looks, including one in a pool captioned: “Another year for the history books and another look for ya mood board BITCH. Thanks for all the bday wishes.”

Symone snatched the Drag Race crown from fellow finalists Kandy Muse, Gottmik and Rosé last Friday.
Following her win, the 26-year-old told EW: ” I love Black culture and Black women, and the strength that comes from us. Me auditioning was a beautiful accident, because I almost wasn’t going to do it. I almost didn’t finish the tape, but the stars aligned for me to be here.
“[I thought] what would [my presence] mean to people when this aired? It’s just who I am. Do I feel a responsibility? Yes, because I am a Black person, period, and I have a platform now to speak and say. But that’s just who I am.”
