Drag Race UK’s United Kingdolls tease new music and tour
"After realising what talented songwriters we are, it'd be rude not to!" Bimini Bon Boulash tells Attitude.

Of all the gold that RuPaul’s Drag Race UK series two has given us this year, the inescapable, infectious sound of ‘UK, Hun?’ by the United Kingdolls might just be the greatest.
The version of the track performed by Tayce, A’Whora, Bimini Bon Boulash and Lawrence Chaney made Drag Race HERstory this month as the highest-charting single associated with the franchise – and as the queens join Attitude and Jodie Harsh for Tea Time in association with TAIMI, the LGBTQ Dating, Chat and Social Network App, it seems it could be just the beginning.
The queens admit that following the success of ‘UK, Hun?’ – which topped the UK iTunes chart and reached number 27 on the Official UK Singles Chart at number 27 – more music and a UK-wide tour are on the cards.
Asked by Jodie Harsh whether fans can expect more sing-sang-songs from the foursome, Bimini replies: “After realising what talented songwriters we are, it’d be rude not to!”
Tayce adds that fans can “definitely” expect more music, adding: “I’m sure there might be a good old tour in the works at some point.
“We’ll be bing bang bong-ing, sing sang song-ing and ding dang dong-ing all over your town, baby!”
Saying that the United Kingdolls have “UK domination” in their sights as lockdown ends, A’Whora teases: “We’ve got a few festivals interested in us.”
Reflecting on the success of ‘UK, Hun?’, Lawrence quips: “Topping the charts? It’s the first time I’ve topped anything in my life!”.
Bimini adds: “I’ve seen people getting my lyrics tattooed on them, which is madness. Like, about five different people have sent me photos of it.”
As well as getting the tea on tour plans and the ru-veal that fans have been getting Bimini’s lyrics tattooed on themselves (as they should!), we also find the time to quiz Tayce on all that sexual tension and hear from A’Whora about the “horrific” trolling that left her unable to eat for days.
