Cheryl Cole has stormed straight to the top of the UK iTunes chart with her new single Crazy Stupid Love.

The single was released onto British iTunes this morning (July 20), and bounded to Number One within its first few few hours on sale.

If the single holds on to make Number One on the Official Singles Chart next Sunday (July 27), Cole will join Rita Ora and Geri Haliwell as only the third British female solo artist to shore four UK Number One singles.

Crazy Stupid Love, which features British rapper Tine Tempah, serves as the lead single from Cole’s fourth studio album Only Human, which is set to be released in the autumn.

The collection follows the singer’s trio of previous solo albums, 3 Words, Messy Little Raindrops and A Million Lights, which spawned a string of hit singles including the Number Ones Fight For This Love, Promise This and Call My Name.

Here at attitude.co.uk we recently premiered a club banger remix of Crazy Stupid Love, which you can listen to here.
