Bradley Cooper to reprise gay role in cult movie Netflix sequel

By Josh Haggis

Bradley Cooper will reprise his role in the sequel to Wet Hot American Summer, it has been announced.

In the original 2001 film – which under-performed at the box office but went on to become a cult hit – Cooper played the role of a gay camp counselor, alongside co-stars that included Amy Poehler, Paul Rudd and Elizabeth Banks.

Cooper had a rather unforgettable sex-scene with another male character that took place in a tool shed, where the actor’s both stripped down to nothing but their socks. If you’re yet to see it, take a look at the scene in question below:

Now, the majority of the original cast has signed up to return for a sequel of sorts, which will be comprised of an eight-episode series that will air on Netflix later this year, reports Deadline.
