WIN | A Blu-Ray copy of Rupert Everett’s ‘The Happy Prince’ and a signed poster

The film tells the story of Oscar Wilde's fall from grace

By Steve Brown

To celebrate the Blu-Ray release of Rupert Everett’s new movie The Happy Prince, Attitude are offering three lucky readers the chance to win a copy of the film.

Everett directs and stars in the Oscar Wilde biopic, which charts the final years of Wilde’s life in France following his release from prison on charges of gross indency in 1897.

Follow the final, crest fallen days of Oscar Wilde when The Happy Princh arrives on digital download on October 8 and on Blu-Ray and DVD on October 15, courtesy of Lionsgate Home Entertainment UK.

Watch the trailer for the movie below:

In a cheap Parisian hotel room Oscar Wilde (Everett) lies on his death bed and the past floods back, transporting him to other times and places.

Was he once the most famous man in London? The artist crucified by a society that once worshipped him? The lover who has been imprisoned, now freed, yet still running towards ruin in the final chapter of his life?

Under the microscope of death, he reviews the failed attempt to reconcile with his long suffering wife Constance (Emily Watson), the ensuing reprisal of his fatal love affair with Lord Alfred Douglas (Colin Morgan) and the warmth and devotion of friends Robbie Ross (Edwin Thomas) and Reggie Turner (Colin Firth) who tried and failed to save him from himself.

Now, we are offering readers the chance to win a copy of the film. We have three Blu-Ray copies to give away plus one lucky winner will receive a signed poster.

All you need to do is fill out the form below.  The competition will close on Friday October 12.
