Zayn Malik has given “Drag Me Down” his seal of approval

If you’re wondering what Zayn Malik thinks of One Direction’s first single without him, we’ve got the answer right here.
Zayn tweeted his approval of “Drag Me Down” last night, calling it “sick” and giving his former bandmates a little bro-mantic kiss. Aww.
Proud of my boys the new single is sick.
Big love. 🙂 x— zayn (@zaynmalik) August 1, 2015
1D released “Drag Me Down” in a surprise move (well, a “bit of a surprise”, in Liam’s words) after it was announced that Zayn had signed deals with Turn First Artists management and RCA Records earlier this week, officially getting his solo career off to a start.
Bit of a surprise ! 😊 Check out our new single! It’s called Drag Me Down & I hope you love it as much as we do https://t.co/HPJn2Kij5M

The now-foursome wasted no time in playing “Drag Me Down” for their fans, singing it at their Indianapolis show less than 24 hours after the new single dropped.
