Watch: Model tries on 100 years of swimwear in 3 minutes

Back in July, we shared a clever video from the guys over at Mode magazine, showing a very handsome model stepping through the different trends and looks across the last 100 years of men’s fashion.

In a cheeky follow up, model Matt Watts is once again causing some distraction on our smart phone screens, taking up the invitation to strip down to show off the last century of swimwear, from 1915 to now.

Throughout the clip, Matt shows off his tidy set of abs against everything from surfer-boy board shorts of the 90s, back to the pool-side lounge shorts of the 70s and 80s, to the more visually imaginative bathing costumes of the roaring 20s.

Our favourite decade at Attitude HQ was 1955, where Watts channels his Sean Connery in his James Bond prime, donning a bright blue bathing costume which is finished off with a completely functional elastic striped belt number.

Many viewers on the Mode Magazine Youtube channel seemed to think so too.

Where’s the sunscreen? We don’t want Matt to get burnt!
