Sophie Ellis-Bextor confirms new single ‘Runaway Daydreamer’

Sophie Ellis-Bextor has confirmed that she will release Runaway Daydreamer as her new single.
The track serves as the second release from her recent album Wanderlust, following Top 40 hit Young Blood.
Wanderlust peaked at number four on the UK Albums Chart when it was released in January.
Speaking to Attitude last month about her new record, she said: “After indulging my dance tendencies so much with Make A Scene, I really wanted to make a very different album with Wanderlust.
“It’s a very low-key album and it is quite live-sounding. It’s quite dramatic and influenced by Eastern Europe.”
Sophie will officially release Runaway Daydreamer on March 31.
