Sinitta: ‘Young guys CAN satisfy you; you CAN’T wear them out’

By Will Stroude

sinitta“Hi Sinitta, I’m in my early 30s but generally date guys about ten years younger than me – my friends have even started to call me ‘Madge’ because she always dates younger guys too. Do you think it’s time for me to start looking for guys my own age?” – Kim, LondonSinitta says:

Hi Madge! Look, it’s served Queen Madge and Princess Kylie well, dating younger guys… Let’s look at the pros and cons! Pros: They look hot in jeans, in bed, on the beach and, frankly, on your arm. It doesn’t matter if they aren’t the best businessmen, father material or leaders in your life – you are not looking for any of that yet anyway! They have the best sense of humour, make no demands on you and aren’t looking for anything serious either.

Cons: While you’re still a 30-something, you probably look as hot in all the same scenarios, but once you hit 40, 50 or 60, you may worry what they’re thinking when things are not as ‘pert’ as they used to be! Also, sometimes you might need some sensible advice or reassurance about something important and the jokey, blokey lack of depth could be frustrating and revealing. What if you fall in love and want more and he doesn’t yet?

Oh, another pro: They are young, fun, energetic and virile and you’re also at your sexual peak. They CAN satisfy you and you CAN’T wear them out!!!

Con: Sometimes the most fulfilling sex is when you are mentally and emotionally invested in each other, as well as physically. A hard body can’t take the place of a soft heart for you.

Verdict: I think it’s time to gently notice the older hotties and get yourself a REAL man!

“It’s my sister’s birthday next month and I want to look as good as possible. I basically have three weeks to make myself less ratchet. What are your tips for looking good at an event? You always look amazing when I see pictures of you on MailOnline!” – Jonny, Leicester

Sinitta says: Three weeks!?! PERFECT! Let’s drop all STARCH, carbs, alcohol, sugar and caffeine TODAY!

Drink three litres of water between rising and sleeping, and take loads of chewable vitamin C (acerola). Nature’s Plus do a great one – literally pop them like sweeties all day!!  File your nails and toes and soften all hard skin now, and make sure to body exfoliate and slather yourself in a great softening lotion or oil every night before bed.

Also, start flossing every night before bed so you sleep feeling super fresh minty and sexy. Get your hair cut NOW so it’s exactly the way you love it by the time of the party. Visualise yourself at the party feeling and looking great. On the night, don’t forget you are not used to drinking so be careful: don’t get drunk, get ugly and ruin it all! Wear a colour you don’t usually wear enough, but that you know suits you.

Smile and show the world your soul!!

“I’ve been asked to DJ at a mate’s birthday next month – which songs do you think I should play to really get the party started? I don’t know where to start!” – Tom, Leighton Buzzard

Sinitta says: Oooh! You haven’t said what kind of music they are into, but I would definitely be brave and throw one of my tracks into the mix – it’s a great ice-breaker, shows you’re in the mood to have fun and that your mother played you great music growing up!!!

Meanwhile, Jesse J always gets me up and dancing, as do Rita, Pink and Katy. But stick on some Motown too and at least one Whitney – lest we forget. Have fun baby!
