Places we love: Hitchin Lavender Fields with Oliver Cheshire

This time last year, we were frolicking in a beautiful Lavender field in Hitchin for our cover shoot with mega model Oliver Cheshire. It’s Ollie’s home town – his fireman dad even popped down to say hello to us during the shoot!

Hitchin Lavender is only half an hour by train outside of London. Complete with picturesque rows of lavender, wild flowers and wheat fields, it’s an instagram-fest waiting to happen.

As well as going to pick lavender, you can also visit the shop and the cafe – full of all things lavender, of course. If you can’t make the trip, you could visit the fields’ online shop where you can buy body butter, shower gel, honey, fudge and oils.

But enough about lavender – let’s have a look back at Oliver’s shoot for our Style issue cover last year.
