WWE legend Batista supports LGBT community, calls Manny Pacquiao a “f–king idiot”

By Samuel McManus

Following iconic boxer Manny Pacquiao’s comments that gay men should be put to death, former wrestling world champion Dave Bautista Jr. – known professionally as Batista – has come forward to support the LGBT community.

GMA reports that in a now deleted Instagram post, Paquiano quoted a Bible verse stating that men who have sex with other men should be put to death.

Speaking to TMZ, Bautista Jr. commented: “My mom happens to be a lesbian so I don’t f–king take that s–t. I don’t think it’s funny. If anyone called my mother an animal I’d stick my foot in his a–,” before preceding to call the icon a “f–king idiot”.

However, the former world champion did say that he still looks up to Paquianao – known as Pacman – as an inspiration.

“I still look up to him as a fighter. It’s just his personal views. I don’t know how he’s even coming up with this garbage. It’s just horrible. It makes me respect him at a lot less.”
