Cher and Cyndi Lauper going on tour together

Cher has announced that Cyndi Lauper will be joining her on her upcoming Dressed To Kill Tour.

The singer announced the news during an appearance on Andy Cohen’s US Talk show Watch What Happens Live, last night (January 29).

Cyndi will be joining Cher for 36 dates across North America, starting on April 23 in New York, and ending on July 11 in San Diego.

Speaking on Twitter after the reveal, Cher said “I’m SO THRILLED 2 Be Working With CYNDI Again….She’s an INCREDIBLE ARTIST…&&..SHE’S ADORABLE.”

The Girls Just Wanna Have Fun singer has previously joined Cher on over 100 tour dates, spread across her Believe, Living Proof and Farewell tours.

Cher’s latest album Closer To The Truth debuted at number three in the US last September, becoming the highest charting solo album of her career.
