Channel 4 unveil plans for three trans-themed documentaries

Channel 4 have unveiled plans for three trans-themed documentaries.

The three factual shows will follow young transgender people in the UK and US as they try to come to terms with embracing who they were born to be.

The first documentary, Young and Trans, will focus on the parents of trans children as they try to decide which path in life is best for their child.  The second show will be US-based documentary The Camp, which will follow  a group of families living together at a summer camp for trans children aged between four and 12 years old.

Lastly, The Testosterone Diaries will be comprised of the web diaries of young trans men who are going through their female-to-male transition.

The three documentaries will air at some point later this year.
