Caitlyn Jenner doesn’t think Halloween costume “is offensive at all”
By Will Stroude

Caitlyn Jenner has defended the controversial Halloween costume based on her Vanity Fair cover which hit the headlines last month, insisting she’s “in on the joke”.
Outraged internet users were quick to denounce the costume as transphobic and offensive, while a petition calling on retailer Spirt Halloween to stop selling the outfit was signed by more than 16,000 people.
Jenner however, apparently took the costume in jest, insiting in a new interview for the Today show that she wasn’t offended by the costume, and that the only issue she has with it is its apparent poor quality.
Today’s Matt Lauer asked the 65-year-old reality star: “When you hear that there are companies out there that want to do Caitlyn Jenner costumes for Halloween from the Vanity Fair cover, are you in on the joke or do you think it’s offensive? to which Jenner replied: “I’m in on the joke. I don’t think it’s offensive at all.”
“I know the community does and they’ve gotten a lot of criticism for doing it. I think it’s great.”
She joked: “They could have a better looking outfit for him [the model], you know? I mean, that was a serious bustier on the cover of Vanity Fair, you know?”
