Azealia Banks lines up to congratulate Donald Trump on presidential election win

By Will Stroude

While the majority of the LGBT community mourns the election of Donald Trump as the 45th President of the United States, one of its more problematic members is revelling in the political success of the hate-mondering reality TV star.

Disgraced bisexual rapper Azealia Banks has been among the first to line up to congratulate Trump on his election night victory, taking to Instagram to let followers know that she is “proud as f**k” of the President-elect.

Banks, whose repeated use of homophobic, racist and transphobic slurs all but ended her once-burgeoning musical career, seemed to have found something of a kindred spirit in Trump, previously arguging that the controversial candidate had “not been groomed and programmed on some mkultra tip to DO & SAY what the establishment wants him to.”

Following Trump’s victory in the early hours of this morning (November 9), Banks addressed the Apprentice USA star directly on Instagram, writing: “I would like to apologize for all the other times I was dumb enough to let the liberal media sway my opinion of you.

She continued: “Thirdly I’m fucking proud as FUCK of you. One for being a gemini, two for being from NYC, three for winning the presidency and four for beating the media.

“The last part is your biggest victory in my eyes and I must say that I am TRULY inspired by this and feel deep amounts of vindication.”

She added: “Thanks for letting me know that I’m not crazy (even though I fronted a few times) liberals run hollywood and it’s been a COLD WORLD OUT HERE FOR ME AS A TRUMP SUPPORTER”.

First off, I would like to apologize to Donald Trump for all the stupid jokes I made. (I was kidding). secondly, I would like to apologize for all the other times I was dumb enough to let the liberal media sway my opinion of you. Thirdly I’m fucking proud as FUCK of you. One for being a gemini, two for being from NYC, three for winning the presidency and four for beating the media. The last part is your biggest victory in my eyes and I must say that I am TRULY inspired by this and feel deep amounts of vindication. Thanks for letting me know that I’m not crazy (even though I fronted a few times) liberals run hollywood and it’s been a COLD WORLD OUT HERE FOR ME AS A TRUMP SUPPORTER . Best of luck on everything and thanks again. Sincerely – AB #TRUMP2017
