Attitude is heading to Brighton Pride 2016!
By Will Stroude

Christmas might be fast approaching, but we’re already dusting off our feather boa with the exciting announcement Attitude is heading to Brighton Pride 2016!
The LGBT mecca is home to one of the biggest and boldest staples of the UK’s Pride calendar, and as the event’s headline gay media partner we’ll be working with the organisers throughout 2016 to ensure that Brighton Pride 2016 is one to remember – and what’s more, we’ll be getting our dancing shoes on with you all at Preston Park on Pride Saturday.
Pride 2015 was one of the biggest and best in the event’s 25-year history, with over £100,000 being raised for our local community groups through the Pride Festival and village party community fundraising events.
Over 100,000 people turned out last July to enjoy the sun, sea and solidarity during a packed day of parades and partying in the LGBT mecca. The carnival atmosphere of the street parade carried on to Preston Park, where crowds were treated to performances from Ella Henderson, Ms Dynamite, Foxes, Mary Lambert, Tulisa, a DJ set from Orange is the New Black’s Ruby Rose and a show-stopping finale from The Human League.
“We are really excited to announce this partnership with Brighton Pride for 2016”, said Attitude’s Managing Director Mike Buckley. “2015 year cemented the event as the best pride festival in the UK. We’ll be hosting the VIP area for the first time and we can’t wait to party with everyone next August”.
Tickets for 2016’s event go on sale in just a few weeks time (December 1), so head over to brighton-pride.org to pre-register now and make sure you secure your spot – we’ll see you there!
