Ariana Grande rejected religion for not supporting gay brother

Ariana Grande has revealed that she rejected Catholicism after discovering that the religion didn’t support her brother’s sexuality.
The Break Free singer, who has a close relationship with her gay half-brother, Frankie Grande, chose to adopt a new belief system after learning that the Church she was raised in wasn’t accepting of her sibling.
“When my brother was told that God didn’t love him I was like, ‘OK, that’s not cool,'” Grande recalled in an interview with The Telegraph.
Grande, 21, who hails from Boca Raton in Florida, went on to explain that she and her brother instead found solace in Kabbalah, whose members famously include Madonna.
“They were building a Kabbalah centre in Florida so we both checked it out and really had a connection with it,” Grande said. “And since then my life has unfolded in a really beautiful way, and I think that it has a lot to do with the tools I’ve learned through Kabbalah, I really do.”
