Adult porn filmmaker responds to Airbnb lawsuit

By Troy Nankervis

Last week, we brought to your attention the story of Californian Airbnb host Kristina Knapic whose lawsuit against a former guest alleges he rented her property under a pseudonym to film hardcore adult pornography.

Michael Lucas, of Lucas Entertainment was accused of leaving “enema kits”, “sexual devices” and “bodily fluids” across the mansion in a lawsuit seeking almost £20,000 in damages.

A copy of the lawsuit published online by The Smoking Gun said Knapic was forced to “decontaminate” the property by bleaching and repainting the walls, steam cleaning upholstery and shampooing the carpets.

But Lucas has now hit back at the claims, calling Knapic a “professional extortionist” and releasing a video of the property on Youtube which details the presence a “sex dungeon” long before his film crew stepped anywhere inside the 1920s Spanish-inspired mansion.

In an attempt to clear his name, Lucas said Knapic held her own sex party, trashed the house, and has tried to get him to pick up the bill, as reported by Queerty.

Lucas said there was “no merit” to the lawsuit, denies that she kept a “pristine home”, and has published text message screenshots confirming Knapic was satisfied with the cleanliness of the house.

“Simply stated, there is no basis whatsoever to this claim, and we have
photographic evidence to prove that,” Lucas said in a statement to Queerty.

“Ms. Knapic was a resident in a guest house on the premises during our
entire stay. Our windows faced her windows, we shared the yard and
garden, we shared laundry facilities.

“If there were any activity which would have resulted in the damage she now claims, it would have been evident.”

Lucas adds, “if the house was trashed, it was trashed by someone other than us”.

“It is possible that she or her renters had a sex party in the dungeon
that got out of hand, and she is now looking to a porn company to fund
the repairs.”
