Watch: Nottingham Uni Men’s Hockey team get naked to fight homophobia

By Will Stroude

On a mission to prove that we’re all the same under the shin-pads, Nottingham University Men’s Hockey team is hoping to fight homophobia by shedding their kit for a new naked calendar.

The 2016 calendar is being created as part of Voice Your Rights’ #shakeitout campaign to banish homophobia from the locker rooms and promote inclusiveness in sports. The boys have released a steamy little sneak peek at the shoot itself, and we can confirm it’s a worthy means to a very worthy end…

And here are those match highlights for all you sports fans:

You’ll have to wait for December to see the full calendar in all its ‘glory’, but until then you can head to the club’s Twitter or Instagram for more behind the scenes sneak peeks.
