‘Will & Grace’ cast reunite for special mini episode and it’s everything we hoped for
By Will Stroude
Guess who?
The stars of Will & Grace sent fans into a frenzy with a series of cryptic tweet yesterday (September 26) hinting at some form of return for the hit NBC sitcom, and we didn’t have to wait long for the big reveal.
With the most controversial election in modern US history just weeks away, Eric McCormack, Debra Messing, Sean Hayes and Megan Mullally have got back together for a special election episode with one message in mind: ‘Vote, honey.’
Shot 10 years after the show’s original run came to an end, the 10-minute short sees the gang discuss who they’re supporting in the upcoming vote (spoiler: Karen wants to “Make American bueno again”) and try and win round “undecided, uneducated angry white man”, Jack (Hayes).
While it might not be a full comeback, with references to everything from Katy Perry and Ryan Lochte to Brangelina’s spilt, Will & Grace in 2016 is everything we could hope for.
