The opening unites previous winners in a Handmaid's Tale spoof
RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3 have released a first look at the show.
VH1 has released the first 15 minutes of the episode, which sees drag queens Chad Michaels and Alaska parodying The Handmaid’s Tale.
During the short segment, the two queens reflect on their time in the Drag Race Hall of Fame while dressed in the iconic red cloaks from the show.
As the two queens walked down the street, Michaels said: “Hey, kitty girl. Blessed weather we’re having today.”
Alaska responds: “Indeed. Can you believe it’s already All Stars 3? Do you think there will be lots of twists, turns, shocks and surprises this season?”
Michaels then replies with “Oh b*tch,” before the pair come to a stop.
“Chad, the Drag Race Hall of Fame really isn’t what I thought it was going to be,” Alaska confesses before she adds: “You look really nice in red, though. It’s your colour.”
The video also features the drag queens’ entrances, and a sneak peak of RuPaul entering the workroom to greet the conestants.
He told them: “Since last we met, your careers have taken you across the country, around the world, and today, you’re back where you all started.”
“This is your chance to make a killer comeback, to rewrite herstory, and to earn your rightful place in the Drag Race Hall of Fame.”
He then drops a huge surprise, revealing that a tenth queen is being added to the competition. But who could it be?
RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3 premieres in the US on Thursday 25 January at 8pm on VH1 and in the UK on 27 January at 10pm on Comedy Central.
