Sneak preview: Tom Daley visits Japan for ITV2 show

The first episode of Tom Daley Goes Global aired on ITV2 last Thursday (April 10), and found the Olympic diving star and best friend Sophie beginning their “whistle-stop backpacking trip” in Thailand.

For this week’s second episode, Tom and Sophie venture to Japan, where they have tea with a Maiko (apprentice Geisha), hang out with a group of Cosplay fanatics and show off their karaoke skills.

Tom will also psyche himself up for what is described as a “terrifying paraglide” – as long as unpredictable weather conditions don’t get in the way.
