‘Sex and the City’s Kim Cattrall to receive Arts Icon Award

Kim Cattrall will receive an International Arts Icon prize in Liverpool this weekend.
The actress – who is best known for playing Sex and the City‘s Samantha Jones – will attend the Collective Honours ceremony on Saturday (November 22).
Cattrall will be awarded with the honour by a secret celebrity guest, who has yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Frankie Goes to Hollywood singer Holly Johnson is set to receive the Trailblazer award at the event, which has been organised by arts and style magazine The Collective.
Organiser Lee Joseph Hagan said: “Kim Cattrall is a globally renowned name in TV, film and theatre. She is a thoroughly deserving recipient of the International Arts Icon award.
“Everyone involved in the Collective Honours is very much look forward to welcoming her back to the city she was born in so we can pay tribute to both the actress and the woman.”
