Adam Rippon, Matt Bomer and Minnie Driver will star in the new series of Will & Grace.

The new series – which is slated for release this October – will see the original cast Eric McCormack (Will), Debra Messing (Grace), Sean Hayes (Jack) and Megan Mullally (Karen) return once again after the successful revival last year.

Just last week, Friends star David Schwimmer was reported to be joining the cast and now Olympic figure skater Rippon will make his first ever scripted role in the upcoming season.

Bomer has also joined the cast as McCoy Whitman, who is described as a “smooth-talking, self-satisfied TV news anchor”, who dates Will, E! News reported.

And Driver is back as Lorraine Finster – the nemesis and stepdaughter of Karen – who is found at a strip club trying to get more money in her divorce settlement.

Other guest stars include Alec Baldwin, Chelsea Handler, Jon Cry and Mary McCormack.
