Marvel’s The New Mutants trailer teases a same-sex romance.
The new movie – which is an adaptation of the popular X-Men spin-off comic series – stars Charlie Heaton, Maisie Williams, Anya-Taylor Joy, Henry Zaga and Blu Hunt.
The film sees the likes of Magik, Wolfsbane and other teenage mutants try to come to grips with their superpowers while staying at a secret facility.
Earlier this year, it was teased that the new film will become the first ever Marvel movie to feature a same-sex couple between Wolfsbane (Williams) and Moonstar (Hunt).
And now, two years after the first trailer was released, the second trailer for Josh Boone’s new movie teases the romance between the two characters.
Although their relationship is not part of the comic book storyline, we cannot wait to see the first out LGBTQ couple in a Marvel movie.

The film was originally scheduled to hit cinemas in April 2018, before being pushed back to February 2019.
It will now hit cinemas in April this year.
