Kristen Stewart addresses her sexuality: “Google me, I’m not hiding”

By Attitude Magazine

Twilight starlet Kristen Stewart has opened up to her fans about opening up about her sexuality.

The American actor was recently interviewed by Nylon magazine for their September issue, and said if fans really wanted to know her sexual preferences, they could Google her, as she was “not hiding”.

Just last week, Stewart’s mother Jules told The Sunday Mirror her daughter was dating Alicia Cargile, a visual effects producer often confused as Stewart’s former assistant, before later denying the comments.

But speaking to Nylon, the 25-year-old said she still preferred to control what information about her private life she shared with fans and the tabloid press.

“If you feel like you really want to define yourself, and you have the ability to articulate those parameters and that in itself defines you, then do it,” she said.

“But I am an actress, man. So I live in the fucking ambiguity of this life and I love it. I don’t feel like it would be true for me to be like, ‘I’m coming out!’

“No, I do a job. Until I decide that I’m starting a foundation or that I have some perspective or opinion that other people should be receiving…I don’t. I’m just a kid making movies.”

During the interview, Stewart also noted Miley Cyrus’s comments around gender fluidity, when the Wrecking Ball singer said she’s “literally open to every single thing that is consenting.”

“I think in three or four years, there are going to be a whole lot more people who don’t think it’s necessary to figure out if you’re gay or straight,” said Stewart.

“It’s like, just do your thing.”
