Kim Kardashian hits back at Bette Midler’s shade about her nude selfie

True to form, Kim Kardashian has ensured she’s the centre of attention today as she laps up the fallout from a nude selfie she shared on Twitter and Instagram yesterday (March 7).
The 35-year-old reality star got jaws dropping when she posted a picture of herself totally in the buff in her bathroom, but her followers weren’t the only ones commenting on the explicit snap.

Legendary entertainer and even more legendary tweeter Bette Midler was quick to throw some characteristic shade at Kardashian, who shot to fame in 2007 following the leak of an x-rated sex tape with her ex-boyfriend Ray J.
“Kim Kardashian tweeted a nude selfie today”, Midler wrote. “If Kim wants us to see a part of her we’ve never seen, she’s gonna have to swallow the camera.”

So far, so standard for The Divine Miss M – but in an expected turn of events, Kim decided to hit straight back, dismissing criticism from followers and focussing her cross-hairs on the 70-year-old Beaches star.
