JoJo Siwa has responded to a homophobic parent who said they’ll never let their daughter watch the influencer’s content again after she recently came out.

Last Friday, YouTuber JoJo wore a t-shirt bearing the words ‘Best. Gay. Cousin. Ever!”

A photo posted to Twitter of her wearing the garment has attracted 1.5 million likes and counting.

She then addressed her sexuality directly in an Instagram video this week, saying she prefers not to label her sexuality.

And while the influencer has said she’s received “the most endless amount of love and support” since sharing her news – with stars including Ellen DeGeneres and Paris Hilton congratulating her – there has been some negativity from conservative quarters.

“Okay!”

On the aforementioned Insta video, a follower said: “My daughter will never watch you again.”

To this, the 17-year-old had the perfect response, writing plainly and simply: “Okay!”

Right then – “okay” is official the new “Am I bothered?!”

In other JoJo news, the influencer was this week the victim of a swat prank at her home after news of her coming out spread around the world.

The criminal act involves making a hoax report to emergency services in order to dispatch armed police to a person’s address.

Around 50 officers descended on the Dance Moms star’s home, according to reports.
