Cheryl ‘to appear as guest judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK’
And the queens are reportedly set to lipsync for their lives to the sound of a Cheryl chart-topper.

We already know national treasures like Graham Norton, Alan Carr and (possibly) Paul O’Grady are set to join the RuPaul’s Drag Race UK judging panel over the course of the show’s impending run on BBC Three, but it looks like the British edition of the hit drag competition has landed itself another in the form of Cheryl.
The former Girls Aloud member is reportedly set to appear as a guest judge during the series alongside permanent panel members RuPaul and Michelle Visage – and in news that’s sure to make the gays giddy, the competing queens are apparently set to lipsync for their lives to the sound of one of the singer’s biggest bangers.
“She jumped at the chance and recently visited the set to film as a guest judge,” a source told The Sun.
“Cheryl gave her comments on contestants who performed a lip-sync to her 2012 No1 single ‘Call My Name’.
“Viewers will love it.”
RuPaul’s Drag Race UK will see 10 British queens compete over the course of eight episodes for the title of ‘Britain’s Next Drag Superstar’.
Norton and Carr, whose participation in the series was announced in February, will alternate each week on the panel, with a fourth spot set to be taken up by a different guest judge each week.
As well as Cheryl, it seems one of the spots will be taken up by drag legend Paul O’Grady, after Carr accidentlally let slip the star’s involvement earlier this year.
The queens who’ll be taking part in the inaugural series of Drag Race UK are yet to is yet to be confirmed, but filming for the series has begun at studios in north London ahead of the show’s expected premiere later this year.
