RuPaul talks La Toya duet: ‘It’s not a moment too soon!’

RuPaul has spoken about his collaboration with La Toya Jackson.
The Drag Race star recorded a duet with La Toya, Feel Like Dancin’, which features on his new album Born Naked (Deluxe).
“I have been friends with Toy for about 20 years. We’ve always wanted to do something together but it just never worked out,” RuPaul explained. “Finally it happened and it’s not a moment too soon!
“She’s probably the most frequented guest judges on our show and it’s only natural that we would get together and do a song.”
He told Idolator: “Lucian Piane and I presented her with the song and we thought it would be the perfect vehicle for the two of us because we wanted to do something fun — something that two girlfriends, when they’re about to go out dancing, would sing about.
“We wanted to capture that feeling of going out with your best girlfriend.”
