Watch: Model dons 100 years of fashion in three minutes

Mode Magazine have given viewers a potted history of the past 100 years of men’s fashion with a clever new video, seeing a male model dressed up – and back down again – in the major men’s styles of the past century.

The rapid succession of changing looks and styles make for fascinating viewing  – as does the fact that the handsome model in question is stripped down to nought but his underpants between each look (come on, Mode, you knew what you were doing):

As some commenters on YouTube have pointed out, if Mode wanted full historical accuracy, they’d have had the model change into a different pair of underpants for each fashion era (so thirsty). Check out the video below – and prepare to swoon at his 1955 look (while also cringing at fashion circa 1995):
