might already be considered a gay classic, but the Broadway production of the legendary musical got a whole lot gayer on Christmas Day when two flying monkeys got engaged during the show’s curtain call.
As the cast posed for a photo, dancer and model Daniel Robinson surprised his longtime boyfriend Josh Daniel Green, who is currently starring in the show, by dressing as a fellow flying monkey and pulling him up on stage to pop the question.
“I’m beyond blessed to wake up next to you every day,” Robinson tells a shocked-looking Green.
“You’re the most intelligent, talented, handsomest best friend I could ask for. You allow me to be me. You inspire me. You dream with me. And you judge me only when I ask you to.
“I want to spend my life with.”
