Watch | ‘Arrow’ stars John Barrowman and Stephen Amell lock lips at fan fest

By Troy Nankervis

They were snowed in at the Heroes & Villians fan fest event in New Jersey over the weekend, and so to stay warm – and stoke the fires of the heart – Arrow stars Stephen Amell and John Barrowman (this time with his pants firmly on), performed a duet that ended in a quick, but passionate peck on the lips.

During a karaoke rendition of ‘The Music of the Night’ from musical The Phantom of the Opera, the pair, who enjoy a close bromance, planted one on each other as the song ended, much to the delight of the crowd in front of them.

“If you’d been coached on stage to hit the high note, you would’ve kissed him too,” tweeted Amell.

The 34-year-old actor later tweeted he was taken aback by the amount of kudos he had since received.

“If I’d known so much good sentiment could be garnered from giving a male friend of mine a peck on the lips, I’d have done it years ago,” Amell also later tweeted.

We hear you, Stephen.
