Win four tickets to see new play ‘After Edward’ at Shakespeare’s Globe

Promotional

By Steve Brown

Attitude is offering readers a chance to win four tickets to After Edward at the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse, the intimate candlelit indoor venue within the iconic Shakespeare’s Globe.

The new play is written by Tom Stuart and is a response to Christopher Marlowe’s play Edward II. After Edward is directed by Brendan O’Hea with Tom Stuart also playing the titular role.

Edward wanders onto stage bloodied and confused. He has no idea where he is, or how he got there, but he does have an ominous feeling that something is wrong.

After Edward is a story of an individual, an actor, and a gay man navigating his feelings of pride and shame. As side-splittingly funny as it is heart wrenching, After Edward will resonate with anyone who has ever felt the spell of loneliness or felt directionless and who has wanted to escape into a world of the imagination.

The new production stars Annette Badland, Richard Bremmer, Richard Cant, Polly Frame, Jonathan Livingstone, Sanchia McCormack, Colin Ryan, Tom Stuart, Beru Tessema and Katie West.

Now, Attitude is offering readers the chance to see the new production at the iconic London theatre and all you have to do is simply enter your details into this form below.

As well as offering four tickets, you’ll also be given four drinks tickets to satisfy your thirst. The competition will close on February 27.
