Category leader: Bobbi Pickard

Bobbi Pickard is a pioneering business leader who rose to prominence through a vast career spanning aerospace, early computing and global banking, before becoming the first trans person to close the London Stock Exchange. Founder of Trans in the City, the world’s largest organisation dedicated to trans and non-binary inclusion in business, she has advised hundreds of global companies on driving meaningful workplace change. Open about the profound personal cost of her journey, she uses her platform to advocate for collaboration, accountability and lasting structural change.
Paul Castro

Paul Castro brings over a decade of experience to Accenture Song, the world’s largest tech-powered creative group, delivering fully integrated advertising campaigns for premium and luxury brands. A strategic storyteller by instinct, he specialises in connecting brands with audiences beyond the metrics, blending cultural insight with commercial impact. Alongside his client work, Castro is a visible advocate for LGBTQ+ inclusion, helping drive Accenture Song Pride initiatives that embed belonging, authenticity and growth into business and creative culture all year round.
Kate Dale

A stand-up comedian and a leader in strategic marketing, Kate Dale co-founded Milli Group to reshape London’s LGBTQ+ nightlife. Milli Group’s vision is to create vibrant, queer-led experiences across live events, and its venue, Betty and Joan’s, is home to the UK’s first queer comedy club. Dale is also director of marketing at Sports England, where she has led on a number of its successful campaigns, including This Girl Can, We Are Undefeatable and Play Their Way.
James Devonport

With a background in product strategy and digital innovation, James Devonport focuses on user-centric design, utilising surveys, AI-generated questions and rich feedback to drive measurable growth. He is the founder of UserLoop, a platform that helps online businesses capture and act on customer insights at key moments such as checkout and post-purchase. Devonport is also behind Create With, a community and conference for vibe coding and AI, helping non-technical people learn how to build things with AI.
Dee Jas

Motivated by the lack of visible role models growing up, Dee Jas created colourful to champion visibility, queer joy and more inclusive workplaces. The platform celebrates and empowers LGBTQ+ people of colour through inclusion and storytelling in the workplace and beyond. With leadership experience in HR and internal communications at organisations including Transport for London, Santander, BBC, Net-a-Porter and, most recently, at the English National Opera, Jas brings deep expertise in equitable design, culture change and organisational behaviour.
Fameed Khalique

Fameed Khalique is a leading authority on luxury surface materials, shaped by his early experience in fashion and years immersed in high-end design. He has curated one of the world’s most extensive libraries of exceptional materials, from semi-precious stones and textiles to leathers, glass and decorative finishes. Working with master artisans worldwide, his work features in prestigious residences, hotels, yachts and jets. In 2025, he opened a new location for his eponymous showroom on London’s King’s Road, cementing his position at the forefront of contemporary luxury.
Cayal Mathura

Hailing from London, Cayal Mathura moved to New York City in 2014 to work in video production. Five years ago, he took on the role of chief growth officer for Publicis Production, a global marketing and communications group that delivers end-to-end services spanning advertising, media, digital transformation, data and technology for leading brands worldwide. In this role he leads commercial strategy, client growth and new business across markets, driving integrated, data-led solutions that connect creativity, technology and measurable brand performance.
Emma Perriman-Rabone

In her role as chief compliance officer and head of governance, risk & compliance at Bentley, Emma Perriman-Rabone is a catalyst for cultural change. As sponsor of Bentley’s BeProud LGBTQ+ network, she champions safe spaces and empowers colleagues to celebrate individuality. She played a pivotal role in shaping inclusive leadership training, connecting the topic to real lived experiences within Bentley to help leaders truly understand inclusion. From challenging the status quo to speaking at global events, Perriman-Rabone’s passion ensures Bentley leads the way in creating an automotive industry where everyone belongs.
Tristan Schukraft

Tristan Schukraft is a serial entrepreneur and founder of multiple ventures that are shaping LGBTQ+ travel, hospitality and culture. He has launched tech firms including ID90 Travel and the HIV telemedicine platform MISTR, and now leads Tryst Hotels, a boutique hospitality brand for queer travellers. Schukraft also owns iconic LGBTQ+ venues including The Abbey WeHo, Circo Puerto Rico, D.S. Tequila Co. and the Fire Island Pines commercial district, blending business acumen with cultural preservation.
Lawrence Whittaker

At just 15, Lawrence Whittaker co-founded Warrantywise with his parents. He has taken the company to great success as its CEO, making it one of the UK’s largest extended car warranty companies. In 2013, he acquired The Lister Motor Company, reviving the historic brand founded by Brian Lister and building on icons such as the Lister Knobbly car, now valued at over £2 million, while driving innovation, global brand growth and long-term investment across both automotive and mobility sectors.
