Watch | Queen Kylie orders boyfriend’s shirt be removed in insanely camp US TV appearance

If you ever wondered what Kylie Minogue’s fairytale counterpart would look like (or what her real life boyfriend Joshua Sasse looks like with his shirt off), then your prayers were answered on ABC’s Galavant last night (January 3), in one of the campest TV cameos since Cher visited Jack McFarland’s dreams on Will & Grace.
Galavant airs during fairytale drama Once Upon a Time‘s mid-season break, and the musical comedy show – which stars Sasse as the titular lead – bounced back for season 2 yesterday, with a barn-storming episode that included a cameo from the Aussie pop princess.
‘Suck it Cancellation Bear’ saw Kylie as ‘The Queen’, running a gay bar in the middle of the Enchanted Forest and punishing Galavant by ordering him to remove his top during a camp-tastic rendition of a song called ‘Off with His Shirt!’ By the looks of Joshua, we’d say it’s a safe bet that that particular track is in heavy rotation at Casa de Minogue…
Galavant continues next Sunday, January 10 on ABC.
