Michelle Visage to host 2022 Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, powered by Jaguar

Melanie C and Sink the Pink will also deliver a show-stopping set as the biggest LGBTQ night of the year returns London's Roundhouse on 12 October.

Attitude is delighted to announce that the LGBTQ icon, Michelle Visage is hosting the 2022 Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, powered by Jaguar.

Returning to London’s iconic Camden Roundhouse and now in its eleventh year, the Attitude Awards will be the UK LGBTQ community’s 2022 calendar highlight.

On Wednesday, 12 October guests will be treated to dinner and some spectacular live performances throughout the night.

The 2022 Virgin Atlantic Attitude Awards, powered by Jaguar will come to a climax with a stunning and not-to-be-missed headline set from Melanie C and Sink the Pink that is sure to bring the house down!

An after-party will see guests party into the small hours.

A charity prize draw will also be taking place to raise money for the Attitude Magazine Foundation which benefits LGBTQ causes.

The identities of the 2022 Attitude Awards winners will, as always, be a closely-guarded secret until the big night and the publication of a bumper Awards issue of Attitude the following morning.

But our hostess with the mostess, Michelle can expect to preside over a cast as glittering as last year’s ensemble which included Bimini, Elaine Paige, Ben Aldridge, and Billy Porter among others.

Previous Attitude Awards headliners have included Boy George, Steps, and Mika herself while hosts have included resident funnyman Tom Allen, US chat show legend Andy Cohen, and RuPaul’s Drag Race judge Ross Mathews.

Memorable moments from the Attitude Awards in 2021 event include Man of the Year Billy Porter bringing the house down in triumphant fashion with his acceptance speech.

As well as Sports Award recipient, Tom Daley announcing his plans to make sure countries criminalising homosexuality can’t host world sporting events.

And who could forget It’s A Sin creator Russell T. Davies making a powerful statement about the importance of the LGBTQIA+ community showing unity in the face of those who would divide us.
