Matt Bomer bought out an entire movie theatre so fans can go see Love, Simon

The American Horror Story star loved the teen-drama film so much he bought out a movie theatre in Spring, Texas, so people from his hometown could see the film for free tomorrow (March 25). 

According to E! News, Bomer revealed the news in an Instagram post shared on Thursday night (March 22), stating that he and his husband, Simon Halls, bought tickets. 

He wrote: “Please come see @lovesimonmovie in my hometown of Spring, TX for free! @halls.simon and I bought out the whole screening for you. This is an important movie, and a really good one.”

The 40-year-old added: “I know you’ll love it so come watch for free this Sunday!” 

Kristen Bell, Neil Patrick Harris and Tyler Oakley have also bought out movie theatres so fans can see the movie for free.

The film, an adaptation of Becky Albertailli’s best-selling young adult novel, is a coming-of-age story that explores the thrills and pains of teenage love as 17-year-old Simon Spier (Nick Robinson) falls for an anonymous classmate he’s met online.

Love, Simon hits UK cinemas on April 6.
