Kim Petras has pulled out the big guns for a special lockdown video for her brand new single ‘Malibu’.

In a sign of the pop trailblazer’s growing influence, Petra has enlisted some of the world’s biggest LGBTQ stars and allies to lipsync along to her infectious new single, which dropped last Friday (9 May).

The ‘Malibu (At Home Edition)’ sees celebs including Todrick Hall, Drag Race season 11 winner Aquaria and Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness recording themself performing the track from lockdown.

Joining them are pop stars including Charli XCX, Demi Lovato and Paris Hilton (‘Stars Are Blind’ says hi), Jessie J, and Brazilian drag pop princess Pabllo Vittar.

Meanwhile, Riverdale’s very own Cheryl Blossom, Madelaine Petsch, also makes an appearance, as do beauty guru Nikita Dragun, rising music star Loren Gray, and the legendary Amanda Lepore.

Of course, all these names pale in comparison to comedian and living meme Brittany Bronski, aka Kombucha Girl. The flavour!

After 2019 saw Petras release not one but two full-length albums in the form of Clarity and the Halloween-themed Turn Off the Light, ‘Malibu’ and the recently-released ‘Reminds Me’ mark the beginning of a brand new era for the 27-year-old German star.
