Kelly Osbourne has revealed why she quit Fashion Police.

After five years on the show, Osbourne departed the popular E! series at the end of last month (February) in the wake of the controversy surrounding her co-star Giuliana Rancic’s joke about singer/actress Zendaya.

During an appearance on US chat show The Talk, Osbourne admitted that she felt as though it was time to move on from the show and “try new things”.

“You know what, it was the five best working years of my life. I am so grateful for the experience,” said Osbourne.

“Working with [the late] Joan Rivers for five years was incredible. I learned so much, and I’m excited for my future now. I want to try new things,” she added.

Fashion Police premiered in 2010 and has gone on to become a major ratings success, being extended from a 30-minute to a 60-minute programme in 2012.

Osbourne’s co-star, celebrity fashion stylist and reality TV star Brad Goreski, recently got engaged to his boyfriend of 13 years – click here to find out more.
