Will Young has opened up about his battle with PTSD.

The Jealousy singer's struggle with his mental health hit national headlines last year when he infamously quit his role on BBC show Strictly Come Dancing just a few weeks in.

A year later, Young has now revealed that he's slowly learned how to cope better with his symptoms, and insisted that it's something he's managed to "learn to live with" now.

“With PTSD, sometimes it could be difficult for me to go to the coffee shop, or visit the bank — but I now know when to expect it. It’s just something I’ve learned to live with the best I can, and listen to my body," he told The Telegraph.

“I’ve got really good at looking after my nervous system — it’s been the making of me. Self-care is what everyone should aspire to.

“I’m a very content person. People think that PTSD must be depressing. That’s not the case," added the star.

Back in May the Grace singer admitted last week that he was stunned pictures of his package hadn’t been leaked onto the internet.

He said at the time: “I’m amazed that, given the amount of people I’ve sent pictures of my cock to, that it’s not become famous, too. Maybe there’s just not enough interest in it?”

However, less than 48 hours after remarks, explicit images of Will managed to make it onto the web after a website published images that it said were of the singer.
