Tyson Beckford hits back at Kim Kardashian West after she called him gay after he criticised her body.
The Keeping Up with the Kardashians, 37, has been accused of homophobia after clapping back at Beckford's own criticism of her body by appearing to question his sexuality.
It all began when Beckford, 47, took aim at the reality star's physique in the comments under a picture of Kardashian that had been shared on Instagram.
"Sorry I Don’t care for it personally", he wrote, before adding separately: "She is not real, doctor fucked up on her right hip."
Soon after, an Instagram account called The Shade Room reshared the image of alongside Beckford’s comments with their 13 million followers, and Kardashian took the opportunity to hit back.
"Sis we all know why you don’t care for it", she wrote underneath the image, before pointedly adding a cup of tea emoji.
The clap-back was widely interpreted by users as a comment on Beckford's sexuality, and many were unhappy with the tone of the remark.
But now, Beckford has taken to Instagram to post shade at the reality TV star and, although he confirms he is straight, he stands by the LGBT+ community.
He wrote: "Train 5-6 days a wk,weights Martial Arts and Firearms and I defend those who can’t defend themselves! I support LGBTQ 🏳️🌈,even though I’m not Gay.
"It’s just the Human thing to do. #blackexcellence #tysonbeckford #lgbt ✊🏾#superhero #realsuperhero"
